2- Problems and Resoultions

a) why don't students know their expected learning results?
Students don't know their expected learning results because they don't think it's important to know them. also because not a lot of teachers go over them in the classes. the posters are every where around the school but no one really pays attention to them.

b) what solutions should our school use to motivate students to know the ESLR's? How many students in our school could you estimate to know the ESLR's after following each solution?
The teachers should imply it in some of our work and go over it in class. Also they can make sure we are following the ESLR's during break and lunch.

c) why is it important for a school (or any organization) to write down the goals that they expect to achieve, before doing work toward that goal?
So that people and students can take the school seriously and want to continue cooperating with the school.
